Ultrafuse PET
Ultrafuse PET (previously Innofil3D EPR InnoPET) is made from a premium, food approved PET. This is widely used to produce food and beverage containers and bottles. The high-quality filament will give you outstanding printing results: a good layer adhesion, high resolution and it easy to handle.
It is also easy to use, doesn’t generate fumes and shows great detail. Ultrafuse PET has a large operating window for printing (temperature vs. speed), so it can be used on every 3D-printer. Furthermore, there is no need for a heated bed since Ultrafuse PET adheres very well to tape.

Our recommended print settings are:
- Nozzle temperature; 220 ± 10℃
- Bed temperature; Approx. 75℃
- Bed modification; Tape or glue below 60℃
- Active cooling fan; YES: 100%
- Layer height; 0.08 – 0.2 mm
- Shell thickness; 0.4 – 0.8 mm
- Print speed; 40 – 80 mm/s
