Overview of

Engineering filaments - technical data

Ultrafuse PET CF15

Ultrafuse PET CF15 (previously Innofil3D PET CF15) is a polyethylene terephthalate reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. PET CF15 is easier to process than other carbon fiber reinforced filaments in our portfolio.

Users of Ultrafuse PET CF15 will be able to create 3D printed objects that can withstand higher mechanical and thermal conditions than with normal PET filament. With this engineering filament, new 3D printing applications with higher requirements can be developed.

With its heat resistance, high strength and stiffness, it is a filament for a wide range of industrial applications. Its high dimensional stability and very low moisture uptake make it a perfect solution for applications that work in a humid environment. Key properties:

  • Strong and stiff parts
  • Easy to process
  • Very low moisture absorption
  • Heat resistant up to 100°C
  • High dimensional stability
  • Compatible with HIPS for breakaway support
  • Excellent surface finish

Ultrafuse PET CF15 combines easy processability, very low moisture uptake with a high level of strength and stiffness at an affordable cost.

Ultrafuse PAHT CF15

Polyamide is a thermoplastic that is used in wide range applications in different industries. PAHT CF15 (previously Innofil3D PAHT CF15) has a special formulation, which brings more dimensional stability and allows it to work under 150°C continuous temperatures with a peak temperature of 180°C, which is impossible with standard PA. Thanks to the reinforcement with  15% carbon fiber stiffer products can be printed, which opens new doors for the printing of demanding applications.

Key properties:

  • Higher chemical resistance than most PA grades
  • High-temperature resistance up to 150°C
  • Strong and stiff parts
  • High dimensional stability
  • Easy to process
  • Low moisture absorption

Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 combines high temperature and chemical resistance with extreme mechanical properties. Due to the high dimensional stability, there will be hardly any shrinkage during printing. This ensures an easy print experience.

Ultrafuse PLA PRO1

Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 (previous name: Innofil3D PRO1) is a tough PLA which offers major key advantages:

  • SPEED:  Reduce your printing time with 30%-80%, (subject to printer and object limitations)
  • STRENGTH:  Excels overall beyond printed ABS in mechanical properties
  • VERSATILITY:  One filament that can be tuned towards blazing speed and excellent surface finish
  • CONSISTENCY: Truly consistent filament, also between colors and batches, it will perform as expected, every time.

Ultrafuse PP GF30

Polypropylene is one of the most preferred thermoplastics in different industries, especially in the automotive sector. However, reaching a high level of reinforcement was always a problem when making filaments. Ultrafuse PP GF 30 is the new name for Innofil3D PP GF30, a new name – the same product!

Ultrafuse PP GF30 contains special glass fibers that are designed for filament making and 3D printing. This will ensure the printed objects are functionally working, under certain temperature and mechanical loads.

Thanks to its UV-resistance, it is more suitable than any other PP based filament for applications that are directly exposed to sunlight. Key properties of Ultrafuse PP GF30 are:

  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Low density
  • Low moisture uptake
  • High heat resistance
  • Improved UV-resistance

PP inherently absorbs less moisture than PA. In combination with the high level of glass fiber reinforcement, Ultrafuse PP GF30 is a filament of selection for exceptional working environments.

Ultrafuse PP GF30 combines great features that couldn’t be combined before: printing stiffer parts with UV resistance is now possible. To take full advantage of this, please follow the print guidelines.
